Shipping and returns

Shipping

We deliver by courier nationwide in 2 to 4 days. Shipping is 39 EGP, free on orders of 1,499 EGP or more. We call to confirm before dispatch.

Returns

Under Egyptian Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, you have 14 days from delivery to return an item. Items must be sealed, unopened, and unused, in their original packaging, with the order number.

Opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless faulty. If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we collect and replace or refund it at our cost.

Return shipping is on us when the fault is ours, otherwise the courier fee is deducted from the refund. Refunds are issued within 14 days of inspection. Cash refunds are arranged with the courier for cash on delivery orders, and InstaPay payments go back to the sending number. You can cancel free of charge before the order is handed to the courier. Payment

We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. For InstaPay, transfer the total to 01559900308 and include your reference. The order is held until we confirm the transfer. If the transfer does not arrive within 48 hours, the order is cancelled.
