What we collect
When you order, we collect your name, phone numbers, delivery address, and email when you give one. We also record the pages you view and the items you add, tied to a random browser id, never to your name.
Why we collect it
We use your details to fulfil and deliver your order and to confirm it by phone. If you gave an email, we may send reminders about a bag you left, which you can stop with the link in that email.
Who sees it
Couriers get what delivery requires. We never sell your details.
Advertising and measurement
We use the TikTok and Meta pixels and Google Analytics to understand how the shop is used. Email and phone are hashed with SHA-256 in the browser before they reach the platforms, and Google Analytics receives no contact details.
IP addresses
IP addresses are stored only as a salted hash for fraud prevention and rate limiting.
How long we keep it
Orders are kept as long as bookkeeping requires. Browsing rows are kept for 90 days.
