Pricing and orders
All prices are in EGP, with shipping shown at checkout. An order is an offer to buy, concluded when we confirm it by phone. We may decline an order when a product is sold out or a price is obviously wrong. Price changes never affect a confirmed order. We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. InstaPay orders are held until we confirm the transfer, and if it does not arrive within 48 hours the order is cancelled.
Delivery
We deliver in 2 to 4 days. Times are estimates, not guarantees. Give a correct address and a reachable phone number. A failed delivery may cost the courier fee again on the next attempt.
Returns and cancellation
You have 14 days from delivery to return an item. The returns policy forms part of these terms.
Products
Our products are originals. Packaging and shade rendering may differ slightly between screens and batches. Use products as directed on the packaging, stop use if irritation occurs, and a patch test is recommended before first use.
Photographs and brand
The withCARE name and wordmark are ours. Brand names and product photographs belong to their owners and are used to describe the goods.
Liability
Nothing here limits your rights under Egyptian consumer law. Beyond that, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it.
Circumstances outside our control
We are not responsible for delays caused by events beyond our control, such as courier disruption or strikes. We will tell you, and you may cancel and be refunded if the delay is substantial.
Privacy
What we collect and why is set out in our privacy policy.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Egyptian law, including Consumer Protection Law No. 181 of 2018, and the courts of Cairo have jurisdiction. For anything about these terms, contact us.
